Congratulations on your 25th Anniversary of being made a bishop! Your entire priesthood has been one of service but much of your time has been spent in service to Catholic education. From your days as Principal of St. Paul's Latin School, to your time as Superintendent of Catholic Schools and as Secretary of Catholic Education, you have always assisted the schools, the teachers and most importantly the students of Catholic schools. At Calvert Hall, your alma mater, you have been most generous with your time and your participation. Thanks for your many years of service to the Archdiocese of Baltimore and to Catholic education.
